Sjögren’s Syndrome has changed my life!

I Am no Hemingway, in fact when I told My Son I was going to write a blog, he said “You can’t do that , your not good at English” Momentarily put off I decided this is about my journey not my ability to write

I am a 48 year old Personal Trainer, Single Mother of two, who is trying to figure out what my life is now about since being diagnosed with Sjorgen’s Syndrome December 2014.

In my efforts to try and make sense of it all I thought I would let this blog be a release for me and hopefully in some way help others going through it.
